We are looking for a Global Process Owner for S2P in Group Procurement for a major pharmaceutical client in Switzerland. You will be responsible for owning, defining, implementing and continuously optimizing the end-to-end S2P process to enhance efficiency, compliance, and value creation.

  • Lead the end-to-end S2P process, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all functions involved.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, shared services, and operations, to align processes and drive improvements.
  • Manage the process lifecycle. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate teams on S2P processes and tools.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor process performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Lead change initiatives related to S2P processes, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPM, CIPS, Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on S2P processes.
  • Proven track record of process ownership, defining and implementing the S2P process and optimizations in a global context.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes especially Source-to-Pay and its sub-processes, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in eProcurement solutions especially SAP suite, ERP system integrations, and emerging tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of leading cross-functional, global teams.
  • Pronounced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset in a diverse, global environment
  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
