  • Responsible and accountable for T&A (Time & Attendance) and Clocking tech solution, vendor management, collection of the design and implementation of solution and process upgrades, changes or modifications.
  • Responsible to design and documentation technical solutions including operating model, process maps and instructions to support country communication and change management.
  • Provide support and align with functional and cross functional partners on the T&A and clocking design from global perspective
  • Works closely with Project Managers, Business Owners, Service Owners, Managed Supplier/Vendors Partners, Operations teams and 3rd parties to ensure proper business as usual agenda
  • Supervises the performance of P&O services and teams to ensure processes are compliant with all relevant Legal, fiscal, statutory, and regulatory obligations in country and in compliance with agreed, LSA’s SLA’s, KPI’s
  • Analyse global Performance metric and satisfaction of provided services, identify areas of risks or issues and propose potential improvements or corrections
  • Provides support and coaching to team members and business partners on processes related to P&O Service operations and overall supplier model, such as global standards, efficiency, SLAs within scope of service
  • Collaborate closely with Country P&O Ops and serves as the first point of contact for escalations related to service delivery within the scope of P&O Operations
  • Ensures overall compliance with all business, global and local policies, procedures and legislation as well as ensures compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration/ Business, Technology or systems or related field is preferred
  • Excellent English spoken and written
  • 5 years of working experience in Shared Service Center (SSC) environment is a must (2-3 years’ experience in leading regional or global teams)
  • Time and clocking systems knowledge and experience is a must
  • Experience with Global transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing systems and services vendors
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels and layers of the organization
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgement, in addition to high level attention to detail, analysing information, thoroughness, general math and reporting skills is a must
  • Comfortable working in a complex and rapidly changing work environment
