In this pivotal role, the Global Process Owner – Order to Cash will be responsible for leading and optimizing the Invoice to Cash process across multiple regions, ensuring the seamless integration of processes into the Global Business Services (GBS) framework. This strategic position is geared towards enhancing operational efficiencies, standardizing practices, and driving financial performance improvements across global teams.
- & Oversight: Lead diverse teams across Germany, the USA, and Poland, comprising a total of 30 team members, including direct reports in Warsaw and the USA.
- Integration: Manage the transition of local Order to Cash processes into a centralized GBS organization, ensuring standardization and efficiency.
- Development: Develop and implement robust policies and procedures to optimize the accounts receivable, credit, and collection management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Management: Oversee customer credit evaluations and set appropriate credit limits to manage risk effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports on receivables status to senior management.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the finance team on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
- Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across international borders

Working Conditions
- Location: The role is partially remote. Candidates willing to relocate to Germany for 2 years will primarily work there; otherwise, Warsaw will be the primary location.
- Travel: Regular travel to Germany, occasional travel to other European countries, and annual trips to the USA.
