Reporting to the Executive Director of Global Talent Acquisition, the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations will be responsible for driving strategy and scaling the products, operations and services that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Hillenbrand’s Global Talent Acquisition function. The Director will serve as a critical point of integration, strategic influence, process optimization and collaboration with a broad set of cross-functional partners to deliver progressive talent attraction strategies and experiences. They will also serve as a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team.
- Lead Talent Acquisition Operations globally and promote collaboration with TA Regional Leaders, external vendors, DEI, HR Generalists, Data, Workday and Technology Operations partners in all regions.
- Ensure excellence in the prioritization, communication and execution of TA programs and services globally.
- Continually define, refine and optimize TA processes and programs with an emphasis on operational and business insights and stakeholder experience.
- Enable highly confident leadership decision-making through thoughtful, detailed and consultative analysis with clear and balanced business logic.
- Ensure strong financial and operational governance (Ex. Policies, process, procedures).
- Build Talent Acquisition Shared Services capabilities to include coordinators, sourcing and onboarding support for the global Talent Acquistion team.
- Serve as product expert for Talent Acquisition technology to include implementation, integration, and maintenance of all Talent Acquisition tools, services, and vendor partners.
- Organizational agility including strong interest in working in a matrixed and global environment and partnering with a globally distributed team.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in implementing scaled global talent acquisition and operations strategies.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
