The Global VP, Business Operations sets the direction for and oversees the execution of the day-to-day functions of the business and the people within it. They identify new opportunities for process improvement and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflow, resulting in greater profitability.

• The Global VP will liaise with the financial team for tracking and reporting into the President and is the first point of contact for shared services partners (HR, Legal, Immigration, IT, Finance).
• Strategizes with teams to optimize the working relationship between WMEF units.
• They execute on the vision set by the ELT and provide feedback and solutions for areas of improvement, while creating a collaborative environment where team members feel supported and heard.
• Oversee/manage unified processes across WME Fashion group including in the areas of finance operations, office management, bookings, billings, and expense management in partnership with enabling functions and shared services leads
  • Proactively keeping the systems up to speed: do the systems serve the needs of the teams
