About Our Client

The client is a global leader in infrastructure and EPC projects. They provide end-to-end solutions for Intelligent Revenue Collection System, Advanced Traffic Management System and Intelligent Transport Management System.

• Increase and improve procurement function and suppliers’ performance with team all the time in terms of business performance, competitiveness, reliability, and quality.
• Focus on performance follow-up by KPI’s, leading the teams for continuous improvement and execute performance improvement when necessary.
• Working along and with the direction from, the Business units and Business area procurement to develop supply strategy, logistics Strategy & Store material management in-line with the overall Business Area strategy.
• Work along business team on tender document and bidding processes.
• Improve overall procurement cost efficiencies by identifying products and services currently decentralized in district centres that could be centralized at the shared services or regional level for further cost savings
• Design warehousing and inventory management strategies alongside District Centre teams to eliminate stock-out issues and ensure our buyers aren’t kept waiting
• Deal with Global suppliers for advanced equipment and material.
• Develop procurement process implementation and compliance, and strategic day-to-day procurement success.
• Responsible from P to P (Procure to Pay) for the EPC business which includes, Metros, Smart Cities, Data Centres and highways.
• Formation of process guidelines, Rate Contracts of B & C Class Items.
• Manage and develop strategies in logistic function by bring cost competitive global transportation.
• Strong supplier negotiation leadership skills complying with company’s terms and conditions.
• Mindset to develop variable cost sheets across supply chain and cost analysis.
• Review of Monthly revenue targets.

• Mindset to develop high quality supply chain network around existing operations and strong desire to drive productivity benefits across supply chain.
• MUST be a BE/BTech + MBA and have experience of MEP business and understanding of Tender requirements of underground Tunnel & Metro projects.
• Relevant experience of EPC/ PMC industries.
• Be willing to actively engage in problem solving opportunities.
• Persuasive communication skills, plus co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills to manage internal and external interfaces.
