Lead and manage Transformation and Continuous Improvement Programs specifically in Automation, Analytics and Data management areas related to the verticals of Finance, Procurement , HR, Performance reporting and Travel services etc.,
Develop and implement structured Program management methodologies effective implementation and governance of Solution design and deployment emerging out of Transformation Programs
Should be MBA / CA professional with § 16-18 years of total experience of which 4-5 years in driving large Business/ Shared services programs.
Should have minimum of 8+yrs of work experience in driving transformation, Shared Services Transition and Project management frameworks in either Procurement, Accounting operations
Should have led 1-2 full lifecycle large IT Implementation project/ program
PMP or any other project management method certification (desired)
Work experience on SAP ECC /S4 HANA is required.
Basic knowledge of IT Applications – Workflow solutions, Microsoft, Visio, Project Management systems is required
