As a Group Controller, you report to the Financial Director and are in contact with both internal and external stakeholders.
Taking care of the internal and external reporting of the entire KWS organization, contributing to the (further) optimization and structuring of the organization, contributing to the further personal development of the people in the financial column, further optimizing the administrative organization and internal control, with an eye to simplifying processes, solicited and unsolicited advice and support of directors, management and employees in both strategic and operational decision-making financially responsible for the asphalt company and the KWS infrastructure consultancy firm contributing to the further development of the Shared Service Center and management of the ERP system
