The Group Finance Solutions Group team is to support Group Finance with the delivery of Strategic, Regulatory, Process & Automation change initiatives through aligned cross divisional expertise in a dedicated Run-The-Bank (RTB) Change Team.
- Perform analysis, document business requirements and collate feedback for sign-off, along with independently researching issues or questions from the relevant RTB Business Finance Teams relating to project deliverables to facilitate a resolution, escalating where appropriate
- Assist with all phases of the project life cycle (i.e. Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation to ensure project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality and business objectives)
- Provide SME support for project related issues and propose solutions, effectively communicate relevant project information to other project team members and provide post go-live Support to RTB Team
- Conduct Business Processes and System Architecture Training to RTB users, and work closely with IT to help define Functional Design documents as needed
- Define user acceptance test cases, executing and managing the activity, as well as lead or perform UAT and highlight key issues and risks to the Stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree holder of either Accountancy or any finance-related courses with a proven record of accomplishment in banking, shared service, or in finance industry.
- Proven years of experience in financial Reporting and familiarity with various Reporting Platforms, whilst experience in SAP is preferred
- Structured and independent approach to work, along with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural setting with senior stakeholders across locations and a strong passion to perform in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
