Reporting to the Head of GBS, NA the Group Lead, Hire to Retire is a critical responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction while transforming and elevating our HTR processes, Technology, and Ways of Working across the North American region.
The Group Lead is responsible for supporting the transformation and everyday execution of functional business processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements aligned with Kraft Heinz North America business and HR partners. The role will work in partnership with offshore third-party Business Process Outsourcing partners to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and business results. This person will identify opportunities of improvement, oversee the implementation of standard processes, and align the organization with operational best practices and KPI’s. This role will serve as a key member of the North American Global Business Services (GBS) management team, promoting a culture of Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation and Business Value.
- I have experience in a dynamic leadership role within full Employee Lifecycle and/or HR Operations within a sophisticated, global organization including payroll, tax, legal, and compliance.
- I have the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- I have a demonstrable track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results while managing offshore BPO providers.
- I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
- I have the ability to prioritize multiple priorities simultaneously, and refine and change course as needed.
- I am proficient in HR Systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, and Dayforce.
