This role heads management of employee services for Airtel India. The role manages end to end management of Travel, wellness and employee engagement pan- Airtel India.
Services-Agenda
- A holistic wellness charter for Airtel India and its subsidiaries
- Valuable inputs and insights on the various insurance policies for their enhancements
- Wellness agenda by developing and leading a holistic plan with a budget of INR 70 CR for all employees and dependents.
Portfolio
- Executing the Travel requirements through a Travel Management consultant & its self-service tools
- Valuable inputs on the Travel policy along with data insights
- Domestic and International Travel, Forex management and on ground transport with a budget of INR 60 Cr for all employees
Services
- and executing plans for employee delight by charting plans for service lines across employee lifecycle.
- a gamut of office services with a budget of 30 Cr including Employee relocation, childcare offerings, office cafeteria and Pantry Services to make Airtel a preferred employer.
Champion
- Engagement for top management of Airtel.
- workplace safety, environmental practices, sustainability, etc
- various nation-wide workplace events
- and deployment of other workplace services like F&B Solutions , Vending machines etc. to make Airtel an employer of choice
Management
- of a diversity of 25-30 vendor partners including strategic vendors managing large weightage of entire portfolio, Critical partners managing services largely required for PAN India locations and other partners impacting overall employee experience.
- of a wide net of cross functional stakeholders including Circle CEOs, Business Heads, Circle HR Heads, Finance and supply chain teams
