To manage such a large network of hospitals, we have different entities that ensure proper functioning, smooth operations and overall patient satisfaction.

To support organizational financial objectives by managing core finance operations, contributing towards accounting and analysis at captive SSC.

  • Drive Procure to Pay process and ensure timely payments to Vendors
  • Timely payment of all statutory dues and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
  • Ensure development and implementation of Shared Service Centre SOPs, Policies, internal controls and statutory and other changes in system
  • Drive adherence to internal accounting policies, procedures, and processes and ensure that proper controls are in place
  • Drive automation/transformation across all processes
  • Support all audit requirements (Internal/external)
  • Managing Central Accounts payable, fixed cost accounting & management and centralised payments, having an overall volume of over 1mln accounting transactions per annum and over 5000 vendors
  • Managing and controlling vendor advances to ensure minimal balance and timely settlement
  • Managing month end cost allocation, prepaid calculation, General ledger review and unit wise provision accounting for all locations
  • Create an internal customer-centricity culture through effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs), SOPs and performance metrics that measure the effectiveness of service delivery by the SSC
  • Monitor the performance of the shared services and ensure that the Shared Services dashboard and performance metrics are shared periodically with the stakeholders
  • Benchmark processes against best in class and drive the team accordingly to achieve expected cost savings through effective budgeting and control
  • Managing team of 20+ members and ensuring their professional growth with on-job as well as class room trainings, as per requirement
