We are looking for a Head of Shared Services Germany (f/m/d) as soon as possible. The position will be filled at Apleona Holding GmbH in Neu-Isenburg.

• Comprehensive management of the sub-areas with the aim of leveraging synergies even before the ERP migration has been completed
• Further development of existing and creation of uniform KPIs for transactional activities of all sub-areas to measure success and manage capacities
• Provision of output-based standard reporting to management via BI tool
• Ensuring high-quality, consistent and efficient processing of accounting documents
• Best practices management in transactional accounting
• Development and implementation of future-oriented concepts for the future organizational structure of transactional activities in the unified ERP system
• In the future, other transactional activities not purely related to accounting could be added to the area

• Several years of experience in management functions in the area of ​​accounting and the management of transactional processes
• High interest in the further development and improvement of processes
• High social competence in dealing with employees in the context of change processes
• Strong analytical understanding
• High level of performance and commitment with a “hands-on” mentality combined with implementation strength, we are looking for a doer, not an administrator
• Several years of experience with SAP and/or Navision
• Good knowledge of English
