- Involved in the coordination with the candidate and stakeholders during the recruitment process to enhance overall experience of candidate and stakeholder
- HR Risk Governance – Responsible for all the regional audits, statutory audit and internal audit.
- Manages all risks and governance for HR, which includes Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly risks reporting to regions. Responsible to drive regional risk framework, which includes Risk control Self-Assessment, Key Risk Indicators monitoring incident reporting.

- Service Delivery monitoring framework.
- Should have handled, HR Operations Team Lead, BGV, HRMS, documentation, letter issuances, Pan India Compliance, compensation benefits, Payroll, handle end to end HR back office operations, 18+ years’ experience.
- Established Business Partnership between Business Strategy, People Values Individuals goals.
- Engaged with Key Business Stake-holders to drive Organizational Change Initiatives.
- Strategic Partner of management and leadership teams on Human Resource issues within India.
- Engaged the Operations team in leading HR initiatives on the floor.
