As the company is growing, we are looking for a Head of Accounting as soon as possible

• Responsibility for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• Technical and disciplinary personnel responsibility for currently 7 employees
• Responsibility for tax and statistical reporting
• Standardize and optimize current business processes
• Establishment of a uniform shared service center structure for the three German companies
• In addition to the local accounting team, you will also cooperate with our international teams
• Support in optimizing the Accounting Manual
• Contact persons for auditors and tax consultants
• Management and support of various SAP projects as well as specialist special projects in the area of ​​accounting
• Work closely with other managers and departments to ensure a smooth interface between accounting and other business areas

• University degree in business administration or comparable commercial training with further training as a certified accountant/international accountant
• Relevant management experience in a manufacturing company in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility, ideally in setting up a shared service center
• Profound knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS
• Very good communication skills and confident demeanor
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Very good knowledge of German and English
