Company information For a large international player , with headquarters in Mortsel , I am looking for a Head of Accounting Tasks.

• You keep an overview of the group’s integral accounting, which is done from an SSC, and ensure reporting thereof
• You ensure compliance with IFRS standards and statutory accounting requirements
• You develop and implement efficiency improvements within the finance department
• You work closely with the tax manager, controlling manager, consolidation manager…
• You actively contribute to the timely preparation of financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
• You will manage a team of accountants in a shared service center
• In this position you report directly to the VP finance global

• You have a master’s degree in economics and/or accounting
• You have about 10 years of experience in a similar position, if this is in an international environment this is certainly a plus
• You have concrete experience in managing a team
• You have good knowledge of both IFRS and SAP
• You have already come into contact with “change management”
• You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• You are fluent in English
• You find occasional travel a plus
