• Technical and disciplinary management of the accounting team
• Management of the group’s shared service center and responsibility for the accounting of all holding companies and subsidiaries
• Ensuring timely and efficient financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting in compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards (HGB/IFRS)
• Contact person for accounting questions and for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of monthly reports, balance sheet and cash flow planning as part of financial group reporting
• Active participation in projects to improve and optimize financial processes in the company
• Participation in the introduction of a new ERP system
• Audit and analysis of local and corporate taxes
• Transfer-Pricing
• Contact person for external partners (auditors, tax authorities, banks, etc.)
• Close collaboration with other departments

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance and accounting, accounting, tax or a comparable qualification
• Sound professional experience in accounting and accounting for an international company, ideally experience in managing a shared service center
• Knowledge of the HGB and IFRS environment as well as tax law
• Enthusiasm for digital topics and application-safe IT knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Independent and proactive way of working, flexibility and solution-oriented thinking
