We are looking for an experienced department manager for the Accounting & Shared Services area for our locations in Ravensburg and Munich

• Leading and developing your team
• Oversee essential financial processes in a dynamic and growing environment
• Responsibility for the entire accounting system and compliance with legal reporting regulations in Germany
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Market Operations, Business Control, Clinical and AniCura Group to ensure effective financial processes and reporting
• Act as a central contact and knowledge resource for financial inquiries within the group
• Initiating and leading projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, professional accounting qualification preferred
• 12+ years of experience in accounting, including at least 5 years in a managerial position in an international corporation
• Experience in structuring and optimizing accounting processes
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Fluent knowledge of German and English
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Structured, careful and independent way of working
• Experience in private equity or M&A companies is desirable.
• Experience in auditing is an advantage.
