• Be fully responsible for the daily business management of the sales to receivables process and ensure that the sales to receivables accounting processing reaches the service level specified by the shared service center;
• As a functional window, responsible for coordination and communication with the financial department of each member company;
• Responsible for the guidance, training and assessment of employees in the team, and continuously improve employee capabilities and team cohesion;
• Optimize and improve the accounting process and operating specifications from sales to receivables, and continuously improve process efficiency, standardization and risk control levels;
• Regularly organize process analysis, and formulate process improvement and optimization plans based on quality spot check results and user feedback to continuously improve process quality, automation level and user satisfaction;
• According to the development plan of the Financial Sharing Center, cooperate in completing the plan design and implementation of the sales-to-accounts receivable process during the business expansion process;
• Collaborate with local finance, coordinate team members, support external audit work, and provide relevant data reports;
• Review business documents;
• Responsible for formulating and executing the team’s annual and monthly work plans;
• Participate in the development planning and budget preparation of the Financial Sharing Center, and be responsible for controlling the team’s budget.

• Work experience: More than 5 years of financial work experience, more than 2 years of team management experience; those with working experience in a large accounting firm, USGAAP accounting and auditing experience, and those with working experience in sharing, business finance, digitalization and other positions are preferred;
• Professional knowledge: Familiar with accounting standards, fiscal and taxation policies and regulations, familiar with basic accounting work specifications, accounting systems and operating procedures, proficient in using SAP financial modules, understand the functions and logic of SAP sales-related modules; have CPA, AICPA, ACCA and other majors Certificate, those familiar with the vaccine and pharmaceutical industries are preferred;
• Work skills and quality requirements: Have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to withstand greater work pressure, have good communication and coordination skills, and have good work planning and planning abilities;
• Educational background and qualifications: Bachelor degree or above.
