As the Head of Actuarial Hub, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of actuaries and overseeing actuarial operations to support the client’s insurance business. You will collaborate closely with the client’s leadership team to develop strategic actuarial roadmaps and provide insights to drive business decisions. - Build and manage a high-performing actuarial team to support the client’s business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic actuarial roadmaps to drive business decisions.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the actuarial team.
- Collaborate closely with the client’s leadership team to provide actuarial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with actuarial and regulatory standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in an analytical field (mathematics, engineering, actuarial science, economics, atmospheric or natural science) required.
- Membership in a Actuarial Society or equivalent professional qualification is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in actuarial roles within the insurance industry or as a consultant to Insurers
- Prior experience in managing actuarial teams and leading actuarial operations.
- Strong knowledge of actuarial methodologies, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
