As the Head of Actuarial Hub, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of actuaries and overseeing actuarial operations to support the client’s insurance business. • Build and manage a high-performing actuarial team to support the client’s business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic actuarial roadmaps to drive business decisions.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the actuarial team.
• Collaborate closely with the client’s leadership team to provide actuarial insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with actuarial and regulatory standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Bachelors degree in an analytical field (mathematics, engineering, actuarial science, economics, atmospheric or natural science) required.
• Membership in a Actuarial Society or equivalent professional qualification is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in actuarial roles within the insurance industry or as a consultant to Insurers
• Prior experience in managing actuarial teams and leading actuarial operations.
• Strong knowledge of actuarial methodologies, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
