- You lead the competence team for application support for billing (8-12 employees) and develop team structures and processes, especially in the areas of billing, market communication, meter reading and customer service
- You support the team in their day-to-day business and enable them in the areas of tariffing, customizing, testing, requirement documentation and ticket processing
- You act as an interface between business users and IT development, coordinate external service providers and ensure the quality and speed of implementation
- You develop the reporting system further and define KPIs for performance measurement and quality monitoring
- You continuously improve and develop workflows in accordance with legal requirements, in collaboration with specialist and IT teams
- You promote the further development and training of team members and build up quality management
- You manage and prioritize incoming tickets (1st level support)
- You carry out market analyses, maintain contacts with associations and evaluate new technologies and processes
- You have successfully completed a degree in energy management, IT or a comparable STEM subject
- Alternatively, you have completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience
- You have solid experience in the use of process optimization methods
- You have already gained extensive experience in requirements management, test management and process optimization
- You have a high IT affinity, ideally with knowledge of SAP IS-U, as well as organizational skills and the ability to work in a team
- You already have experience in managing or leading a team, be it as a team leader (m/f/d), project manager (m/f/d) or in a similar role
- Structured action and analytical thinking skills are among your strengths
- You are familiar with change management and can react flexibly to different approaches and escalations
