As a manager (m/f/d) for BSC Finance, you will assume overall responsibility for the finance department with the following teams: General Ledger, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Commercial and A/R Collection as well as Dispute Management.

• Responsibility for the BSC Finance and the further development of services as well as disciplinary leadership of the BSC Finance team leaders
• Monitoring and optimizing processes and measures in the area of ​​BSC Finance as well as supporting the team in the introduction and training of optimized processes, new tools and systems in our regions
• Collaboration with peers on cross-cutting issues as a member of the BSC management team
• Supporting the BSC manager and management in strategy development, business case preparation and management decisions
• Preparation of the annual budget planning in close cooperation with the management and processing of ad hoc requests
• Advice and contact person for strategic and operational issues regarding service, process and/or tool optimization in the area of ​​finance
• Regular cross-regional exchange of customer requests and suggestions for improvement
• Active participation and takeover of projects, close cooperation e.g. with corporate functions or in the context of M&A activities

• Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, accounting and/or finance with management responsibility, ideally in a shared services environment and experience in project management
• Solid knowledge of common MS Office applications (especially Excel) and very good knowledge of SAP
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• High level of personal responsibility, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
