JSW GBS Limited is the captive shared services unit of JSW Group. All transactional activities pertaining to finance & Accounts like P2P, O2C, RTR, Fixed Assets, Trade Finance, Taxation & Commercial are being managed by GBS Office in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.

We are looking out for seasoned Six Sigma Black Belt professionals who can lead our process and Business Excellence Vertical.

• Generating opportunities for process transformation to bring in business efficiencies.
• Developing and implementing the Quality department’s strategy, to ensure it meets the business requirements and customer deliverables, as well as ensuring the departmental performance against goals.
• To put a quality and improvement Program in place, to create a culture in the organization for identification of Improvement Opportunities and implementation of improvement projects, based on the identified opportunities.
• Strategize initiatives for identification of opportunities, like planning for Idea fest, process walk through, Analysis on MIS reports.
• Strategizing ways to bring quality Awareness, like, use of Visual aids, Quality Quotes, etc.
• Responsible for deploying Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results using Six Sigma methodologies or other quality tools.
• Provide Training and guidance to the project teams, on the use of problem solving methods and tools and Training of internal Quality resources, to upgrade their skills on various quality tools and various problem solving methodologies.
• Showcase the quality improvements done in the company, to inside and outside the company, by means of participation in events, competitions, articles in internal and external media, etc.
• Strategize to capturing the VOC by conducting internal or external surveys
• Instituting Quality Awards and recognition process for persons doing Improvement Projects.
• Implementing and monitoring all Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with desired Quality Management Systems and Risk Management Systems.
• Acting as the main point of contact on all Quality matters, internally and externally.
