Shared Services Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of shared services professionals who support US and Canada time and labor related activities.

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, developing and implementing process improvements, and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Will be responsible to oversee the delivery of high-quality shared services to business units, including timely and accurate processing of time and labor data.Lead and manage a team of 30+ shared services professionals, including Managers, leads etc
• Strong stakeholder management and effective monitoring of team for very strict deadlines are key responsibilities for this role.
• Manage the budget and resources of the shared services department. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including US and Canadian labor laws. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience in shared services or business process management, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, managing stakeholders, meeting strict deadlines, using Microsoft Excel and presentation skills, analytical skills, data management skills, and business understanding.
• Experience with time and labor related activities is a plus.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Peoplesoft functional skills like Billing and cash application are added advantage
• Experienced with IT staffing industry in US and Canadian Labor laws will be highly preferred..
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, is a plus.
