• Shaping and executing the overarching Financial, IT, Legal, Procurement, Warehouse, and Governance strategy
• Providing vital financial information and insights to support decision-making
• Managing budgets and tracking progress against strategic objectives
• Ensuring compliance with financial, IT, Legal, Procurement, Warehouse, and Governance policies and procedures
• Identifying and mitigating risks in alignment with the organisation’s Risk Management Plan
• Developing KPIs for your team and facilitating their growth and development
• Managing mergers, acquisitions, and all financial reporting
• Negotiating with external partners to enhance financial opportunities
• Overseeing commercial decision-making and margin analysis
• Fostering industry relationships on behalf of Pacvac
• Promoting a safe and healthy workplace

• 10+ years of financial, commercial, or equivalent industry experience (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• A forward-thinking mindset, ready to roll up your sleeves
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Previous experience and commercial knowledge of international operations, ideally the UK
• Master of Business Administration (Desirable)
• Expertise in business strategy development, financial modeling, and performance management
• Strong people leadership and engagement skills
