As our Head of Business Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the executive leadership team and doubling the business in the next 5 years, exploring untapped markets in the UK and Europe.

- Shaping and executing the overarching Financial, IT, Legal, Procurement, Warehouse, and Governance strategy
- Providing vital financial information and insights to support decision-making
- Managing budgets and tracking progress against strategic objectives
- Ensuring compliance with financial, IT, Legal, Procurement, Warehouse, and Governance policies and procedures
- Identifying and mitigating risks in alignment with the organisation’s Risk Management Plan
- Developing KPIs for your team and facilitating their growth and development
- Managing mergers, acquisitions, and all financial reporting
- Negotiating with external partners to enhance financial opportunities
- Overseeing commercial decision-making and margin analysis
- Fostering industry relationships on behalf of Pacvac
- Promoting a safe and healthy workplace
- 10+ years of financial, commercial, or equivalent industry experience (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
- A forward-thinking mindset, ready to roll up your sleeves
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Previous experience and commercial knowledge of international operations, ideally the UK
- Master of Business Administration (Desirable)
- Expertise in business strategy development, financial modeling, and performance management
- Strong people leadership and engagement skills
