The Executive Vice President, Business Services is a general manager leadership role within our Business Solutions suite of services. Now serving nearly 4,000 advisors and institutions, our Business Solutions help clients streamline their operations, elevate their client experience, and increase their impact.

This role oversees several key Business Solutions that are focused on helping clients run thriving wealth businesses. We are seeking an outstanding executive with a growth mindset, who leans into ambiguity, has a bias for action, and mobilizes large teams to accelerate success.

  • Lead high-performing teams responsible for the end-to-end advisor experience: from onboarding to day-to-day service to renewal and off-ramp
  • Drive growth of services through high retention rates and enabling new client growth
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to improve delight and efficiency, by evolving the product and delivery experience
  • Develop new services, in partnership with New Services team
  • Define and execute opportunities to expand existing services to new segments of advisors and create a more cohesive storefront experience
  • Develop a deep level of personal engagement with customers and create a strong feedback loop from customers to teams
  • Manage Business Services P&L, including profitability of services and delivery against key financial goals
  • Inspire teams to deliver outstanding service for advisors and their clients and maintain a high level of employee engagement
  • Serve as an internal- and external-facing voice for LPL Business Solutions, with employees, advisors, and the external marketplace / media
  • 15+ years in financial services and/or B2B services
  • General manager with experience in finance, operations, and/or product management and proven ability to improve both customer delight and business profitability
  • Strategic agility to evaluate both quantitative and qualitative data and develop a customer-centric vision
  • Strong strategy skills combined with a willingness to think boldly and challenge the status quo
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to drive growth and expansion
  • Strong executive presence that leads to effective communication of the organization’s strategic roadmap at multiple levels – to employees, advisors, peers, and the Board
  • Ability to manage and lead geographically dispersed teams effectively in dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of LPL preferred
