You develop and drive strategic and operating plans for Business Services. Managing a large team, you will drive an effective, efficient, and progressive functions encompassing business support, client services, middle office and transformation. You will review business and client demands, define optimal business operating and client service models, and execute through driving process change and skills development. You will by define the book of works, prioritise projects with specific emphasis on achieving business priorities, impact, ROI, risk and regulatory requirements.

Degree qualified, you will have at least 15 years of business services, client services, transformation and project management gained in a major bank. With proven leadership experience, you are business and client focused, meticulous, proactive, calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With strong process and improvement mindset, you are able to deliver multiple tasks and deadlines, and articulate thought processes clearly, concisely and effectively.
