A leading international Tech scale-up company is looking for a Head of Business Systems to manage the ERP and Financial Systems!

The company is live with Oracle Netsuite as the core ERP and are looking for someone with strong business process knowledge and Netsuite experience to take a lead role. You will lead a team to support and improve the ERP solution and related processes covering Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Operations.

• Lead and manage the ERP and Financial Systems team to support and improve the existing solution and set up scalable systems and processes
• Provide Strategic Direction; assess the existing ERP solution and develop and deliver a portfolio of improvement projects according to business needs
• Work closely with senior Business Stakeholders and IT to deliver a first-class ERP Systems solution
• Lead ERP implementations and rollouts to subsidiaries and other Business Units
• Set up and drive continuous improvement for the Enterprise Applications and related business processes and drive ERP support

• Experienced Head of ERP, Business Systems Manager or Enterprise Applications Lead. It would also suit an experienced Senior ERP Manager or Finance Systems Programme Manager
• 5+ years of professional experience in ERP / Financial Systems / Enterprise IT Systems
• Experience setting up, leading and running Core Financial Systems or ERP Departments
• Excellent knowledge of Business Processes; Financials, R2R, P2P, O2C, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management (WMS), Inventory
• Agile Product Management or Project Management experience (Agile, Scrum etc.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced international environment, ideally in an international scale-up company
• Strong communication skills
