Key Result Areas

Operate the daily end to end global processes within AR, AP, GL, Master Data, T&E, Controlling etc. Sparring with subsidiaries & regions within the defined scope of the Centre Provide recommendation of further finance tasks that can be centralized in the Group and moved to the Centre Continue the journey to convert the Centre from a transactional Centre to a knowledge-based Centre where manual transactions are automated Improve processes with higher quality and efficiency , implementing robots/AI etc

Key Accountabilities

Ensure that the Shared Service Centre is further integrated with the business and viewed as a strong and valued business partner Proactively engage with regions, industries and headquarter to have a deep understanding of business needs and the global strategy Communicating the strategy, objectives, results, and status of Financial Shared Service Centre Design (finalizing) and execute the 5-year strategy plan for the Financial Shared Service Centre Execute already planned transitions of entities around the globe to India Prepare the Centre to absorb further Group entities into India to support the Group’s M&A strategy Develop high performing team members with fast track for talents, clear succession plans on all levels, competence enhancements with training across functions Provide mentoring, coaching and direction setting to team members. Review and manage succession planning and competency development of the team. Develop further the present great working environment with clear understanding of motivational drivers Design and implement modern processes, tools, and systems, hereunder engage in implementation of new ERP, BI and Finance systems worldwide Further development of present performance KPI dashboard for all the finance processes and ensure they are delivered on time, with quality and with customer satisfaction Ability to deliver synergy from the processes like Intercompany and Invoice processing – including standardization across ERP systems Full SG&A and cost center responsibility including budgeting, estimating, resource allocation, billing, absorbed cost rates and productivity Ensure resources, capabilities, and capacity to meet both existing and new business demand

  • 15+ years of experience within Finance which at least 10 years in senior leadership roles
  • +5 years Experience in heading up Financial Shared Service Centre
  • Advantage to have experience/understanding of core finance processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, General Ledger Intercompany Processes
  • Experience from a Global MNC is a plus
  • Global exposure will be Needed
  • Ability to lead and influence the team and the organization with integrity, respect, and a service mindset
