• You are responsible for the provision and further development of centrally offered business applications for group-wide use within the framework of the “Business Core Services”, “Platform Applications” and “Managed Services” operating models
• You are responsible for the disciplinary management of the Central Business Applications department at NETZSCH Business Services GmbH
• You will be actively involved in the implementation of measures from the IT strategy or based on business process-driven requirements
• As a member of the Management Board, you will also help shape NETZSCH Business Services GmbH
• Your tasks also include evaluating and assessing incoming requests (demands) from our internal customers from the business units and the Corporate Center

• You have a degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification and have at least one year of relevant professional experience in a managerial position in a comparable corporate environment
• The focus of your proven leadership experience was primarily on employee, team and leadership development, ideally also in relation to the management of several teams
• You have basic knowledge of typical E2E business processes
• Strong decision-making skills, assertiveness and a high degree of initiative characterize your personality
