In this context, the Sanofi CHC Supply Chain is building a dedicated Advanced Analytics organization to define a best-in-class CHC Supply Chain Data Model (from performance monitoring to predictive Supply Chain), implement it and ensure proper adoption by the SC community, thus to deliver the best services to CHC customers.
Playing a leadership and transversal role, your main accountability is to drive the Supply Chain Analytics team & department from a global scope, constantly leveraging the power of data. Design and implement an ambitious analytics strategy to respond to customers and supply chain needs. Build and develop working relationship with the SC Community and the neighbouring functions, support the implementation of Core designs by providing meaningful & actionable recommendation based on data insights.

• He/She is the Global Supply Chain focal point for Advanced Analytics in front of internal stakeholders (M&S, Growth Hub, Digital, Regions & Countries) and external partners
• Develop the Customer Centric culture and performance within his/her organization to constantly meet the internal & external customers expectations
• He/she leads the SC Advanced Analytics Team, by attracting, developing talents. He/she makes sure that all SC Analytics staff are qualified, competent, coached to a high level and given the opportunity to develop in the company and to achieve their professional objectives
• He/She develops the Supply Chain strategy and roadmap for Advanced Analytics and ensure its alignment with the stakeholders’ ambitions and priorities. With his/her team of Advanced Analytics experts, He/she drives the implementation of the Advanced Analytics roadmap for Supply Chain.
• He/She leads, for Supply Chain and in full collaboration with the Digital and neighbouring functions, the implementation of the CHC Datalake and the related performance monitoring landscape, engaging and driving the operational organizations in this transformation journey
• He/She strives toward providing E2E visibility on SC processes by converting data into business insights, integrating new sources of data (Internal, external SC, external Sanofi) and simplifying data landscape (extract once, use multiple) and centralize data management in Data Lake
• He/She drives the SC analytics towards predictive data model and enable Digital twin capabilities creating business value for the SC function, for instance the optimization of the Service Level and E2E Safety stock levels (Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization), distribution optimized network design, SC risk management,…
• He/She leverages ML/AI technology to drive the Supply Chain towards a more autonomous SC (Self-healing SC, auto RCA…)
• He/she strongly contribute to the automation of all non-value added & repetitive activities by implementing techniques such as RPA, automatic workflows etc..
• He/She set up, promotes, extends & animates the SC Analytics Community
• He/She creates and promotes a culture of innovation in his/her scope by making constant external benchmark, establish external relationship with partners to explore future trends

• Graduate or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Analytics related
• 10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Analytics or Digital related roles
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics & ML softwares such as AERA, AWS, Sigmoid, ParkourSC,… Implementation project of such technology will be very appreciated
• Use and appetency for SAP & Supply Chain Advanced tools like Kinaxis
• Use of BI softwares such as PowerBI, Qlicksense,…
• Languages: knowledge in Python, R will be a plus
• Successful experience in Project management on Data Analytics
• Hands on experience on managing complex stream processes with experience of implementation
• Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements in an IT implementation environment
• Ability to reach consensus
