Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned Head of Continuous Improvement and Projects to join their global team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is an integral role to provide standardized, end-to-end transactional activities and professional services by leveraging on technology and best-in-class processes. The successful candidate will be driving major and complex change within the organization, ensuring involvement and engagement with key stakeholders.
- Design, drive and implement the structure of a global shared service
- Provide leadership for the Transformation Program through an effective program management culture
- Facilitate and manage project implementation
- Develop, track and report the KPIs result and detail analysis
- Promote continuous improvement mindset and drive initiatives for efficiency/compliance
- Lead and support rolling forecast of projects’ business case and value creation
- 15 – 20 years of progressive working in a Finance Shared Service Centre
- Strong leadership skills with experience in continuous improvements and managing operations within the R2R, P2P or O2C pillars
- Ability to design, lead and implement strategic visions
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to monitor KPIs results
