As Head of Payments Client Service and Implementations (CS&I) Strategy and Shared Services, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the strategic direction of our organization. You will oversee the development and coordination of the execution for our strategic objectives that will drive growth, operational excellence and ensure long-term success. You will partner closely with executive leadership teams and key stakeholders across multiple businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve the organization’s 20+% growth goals over the next 3 years. You will have direct oversight around our end-to-end risk and quality management to ensure the organization is delivering the business growth with a strong and sustainable control environment. With a focus on centralization and consolidation, you will have a significant impact in streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and enhancing the operational performance of our shared services functions. Your expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, and leadership will be instrumental in driving organizational performance and creating a roadmap for sustainable success. As part of the CS&I Leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, driving change, and ensuring the organization remains agile and adaptive in a dynamic business environment.

  • Leads strategic planning and delivery for the Payments Client Service and Implementations (CS&I) organization ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives, investments, and transformation programs
  • Oversees the shared service functions supporting our core business leaders, stakeholders and partners including Risk and Controls, Incident Management, Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, and key partner management (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Communications, Payments Strategy)
  • Establish and maintain financial and business discipline across the organization in partnership with our finance and business management leads and stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end strategic planning efforts, ensuring active involvement from management and establishing clear ownership for the execution and successful delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Lead the CS&I wide people and culture agenda ensuring engagement across our key pillars. Will partner across the broader firm and Payments wide people initiatives
  • Assist in defining and coordinating cohesive business metrics, such as, objectives and key results (OKRs) and delivery commitments, across the organization. Additionally, facilitate effective communication of these metrics to a global staff of over 3,000 employees
  • Participate in Corporate and Payments strategy initiatives to ensure the objectives of CS&I effectively contribute to the broader goals of the organization
  • Managing Director experience – seasoned executive leader with proven track record of driving strategic objectives, streamlining shared function, and managing functional partners across a broader organization
  • 15+ years’ experience in leadership/management within payments with client service and implementation background preferred
  • Extensive risk and control experience in financial services including identification and resolution of action plans and managing audit and compliance readiness

Strategic thinker that combines strong technical skills and creative problem solving

  • turning strategy into actionable platform roadmap and delivery plans. Strong track record defining strategic objectives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design and delivery within CS&I and the broader organization
  • Excellent time management, communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Demonstrates communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes on simultaneous projects; Background in Finance, Consulting, Strategy, or other analytical client services role within the electronic payments sector preferred
