Role will be under the shared service center – building on an existing framework and shared mission, our team of 4500 professionals will bring its unique personality and skill set to provide borderless services with bank-wide capabilities
- Manage external communication, marcom and employer branding activities on the local market
- Work in close collaboration and alignment with the global communication & marketing network
- Manage internal communication across the local organization, in alignment with internal stakeholders and the management team
- Build and lead the local communication team
- Manage the communication budget
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all marketing/communications activity
- Understands the importance of excellent marketing communications and takes a creative approach in driving brand recognition, market penetration and community engagement
- At least 10 years of work experience in strategic marketing/communications
- At least 5 years experience in a managerial position
- Proven track record in development and delivery of strategic communication and marketing across a range of budgets and channels
- Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders, as well as to work collaboratively across peer network
- Engaging and resilient leader, able to empower colleagues and build capability.
