• Overall responsibility for the controlling area: You will be responsible for the management and organization of all controlling activities.
• Establishment of a shared service center “Operational Controlling”: Development of standardized reporting and process standardization as a business partner for the three German companies.
• Harmonization of existing controlling processes: Standardization and optimization of the reporting processes of the three companies, including data availability using PowerBI.
• Creation of the database for reporting: Provision of data for the company-specific controllers (m/f/d) for analysis and interpretation.
• Management of the central operational controlling: Management of the new central operational controlling and a senior controller (m/f/d).
• Audit and analysis of annual and monthly financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB): monitoring of cash flow management, liquidity planning, forecasting and budget preparation.
• Corporate reporting and reporting to the parent company: Ensuring proper and optimized reporting.
• Process optimization in controlling: Ensuring and, if necessary, improving controlling processes.

• Completed studies: Business administration, economics or commercial studies with a focus on finance/controlling.
• Professional experience: At least 8 years of professional experience in controlling, including more than 2 years in a management position.
• Knowledge of accounting: Solid fundamentals in accounting.
• Experience in process development and reporting automation: Proven success in the development of central processes and the automation of reporting.
• Strong sense of responsibility and results orientation: Structured way of working and high goal orientation.
• Technical skills: Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and modern controlling tools; experience with PowerBI is an advantage.
• Language skills: German and English at least at C1 level.
