We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Shared/Corportate Services to lead and oversee the operations of our shared services departments, including IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities Management. The ideal candidate will be a Kuwaiti national with a proven track record in managing multiple support functions, driving operational efficiency, and implementing best practices to support the strategic goals of the organization.

Leadership and Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive shared services strategy aligned with the organization’s overall objectives.
• Lead and mentor department heads in IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities Management to ensure effective service delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across all shared services departments.

IT Services:

• Oversee the IT department to ensure the delivery of robust and secure IT infrastructure and services.
• Implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements.

Human Resources:

• Manage the HR department to ensure effective recruitment, development, and retention of talent.
• Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive organizational culture.

Finance:

• Oversee the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Implement cost control measures and financial management practices to optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Procurement:

• Lead the procurement department to ensure efficient sourcing and procurement of goods and services.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.

Facilities Management:

• Oversee facilities management to ensure the maintenance and efficient operation of company facilities.
• Implement safety and security measures to protect employees and assets.
• Manage space planning and facilities-related projects.

Operational Excellence:

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across all shared services departments.
• Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Kuwaiti national candidates is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing shared services or related functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities Management departments.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in shared services management.
