Providing direction, approach and support towards areas of network security (Firewall, IPS, Mail Gateway, Proxy, VPN, WIFI security, Web Application Firewall, FireEye, Network Access Control, etc.) for the Hong Leong Financial Group under Group IT Security Shared Services.

• Responsible for Advisory on security infrastructure such as Firewall, Network Intrusion Prevention Systems, Mail Gateway, Internet Proxy, VPN, WIFI security, Web Application Firewall, FireEye, Network Access Control etc)
• Liaise and coordinate activities with the Security Operations and stakeholders
• Responsible for preparing management updates for network security and Level 2 SOC for internal/external forums.
• Assist in troubleshooting and incident response and guiding the teams
• Responsible for managing and applying patches/firmware upgrades to network security devices, in line with Patch Management Forum
• Assist and evaluate new security product until deployment
• Assist in formulating network security architecture, and identifying suitable solutions to improve security posture
• Assist to handle assigned projects until sign-off
• Assist to coordinate vulnerability management program, both internally and with external vendors
• Recommend and implement security architecture for Banking Group of companies
• Support group wide IT Security requirement
• Support and Manage VAPT Team
• Support and Manage PAM Team
• Support and Manage Data Security Team
• Manage and drive Internal and external Audit for Security Team and Ensuring Zero high Findings
• Manage the RCSA, Audit and Compliance for Cyber Security / BNM and Internal Audit
• Prepare reporting for Senior Management on Cyber Security incidents/Updates
• Manage and Drive Security Department project

Jobholder Requirements

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science/IT
• More than 10 years of supervisory and managerial experience in IT Network Security, architecting/managing/deploying Network Security infrastructure
