• Month end closure as per the finance calender of multiple legal entities, in compliance with the Ind AS.
• Preparation of financial statements including consolidated financial statements according to Ind-AS.
• Preparation of schedules as per the auditors requirement.
• Closing yearly and quarterly financials/reports and managing the audit with a Big 4 auditor.
• Liaising with teams and auditors on a regular basis and ensuring timely completion of audit.
• Drive Procure to Pay process and ensure timely payments to Vendors
• Timely payment of all statutory dues and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
• Ensure development and implementation of Shared Service Centre SOPs,
• Policies, internal controls and statutory and other changes in system
