- A strong and relevant degree in accounting or finance
- Experience with shared services in a relevant setting
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
- Experience in leading a team of 15-50 people at minimum
- Innovative/Change agent. Experiments with new concepts and approaches. Comes up with creative solutions to difficult problems.
