As Head of Finance (m/f/d), you take overall responsibility for the finance department (accounting, tax, controlling) of our family office and, together with your team, support our investments as a central service. We rely on efficient processes and modern applications and always have our eyes and ears on the market to find and evaluate the latest trends and solutions in the field of finance.

• You will assume primary responsibility for all activities of our finance department as well as the further development of our shared services for cooperation with our investments.
• In collaboration with our investment team, you will support due diligence processes prior to investments from a financial perspective.
• Together with your team of accounting and controlling specialists (currently 2 people), you are responsible for preparing the monthly reporting and the annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
• You will be responsible for coordinating with external contacts (tax advisors, tax offices, etc.).
• You will be the link to our investments for all financial issues and enjoy making collaboration more transparent and efficient through digital processes and change management.
• You are interested in trends, technologies and business models in the financial sector and are able to develop innovative and effective approaches.

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on tax law.
• You have a wealth of experience in the financial environment (accounting, taxes, controlling) and have at least 2 years of management experience.
• Expertise and financial security in accounting according to the German Commercial Code (HGB).
• Experience working in a family office or shared service environment is an advantage.
