The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Finance activities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

• Financial Accounting in North America – USA and Mexico
• Work in accordance IFRS
• Work according to internal core strategies, TitanX financial policy and strategies,
• Managing Statutory taxes including VAT, Income tax.
• Coordination of Audits with the local and Group Auditors
• Analysis of the company’s financial liquidity with particular emphasis on inventory, receivables and payables turnover.
• FSS (Accounting shared service) Management and overview
• Active participation in budget preparation and control of its implementation as well as in the analysis of deviations.
• Cooperation with external financial services.
• Caring for the good of the plant, protecting its property
• Implementation of specific tasks resulting from existing processes, procedures, instructions and other documents in the company.
• Initiate and undertake corrective actions.
• Performing other supervisors’ orders regarding work in accordance with the law and the employee’s employment contract.

• Implementation of activities aimed at increasing the work efficiency of the subordinate area of operation.
• Respect the 5S instruction and rules.
• Respect the rules of waste segregation.
• Compliance with the rules regarding hazardous waste management
• Compliance with the rules regarding the purchase of chemicals (Safety Data Sheets)
• Compliance with the rules of conduct regarding the introduction of external companies / guests / drivers to the plant
• Respect activities concerning Integrated Management System, defined in procedures, instructions under the requirements of ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001.

• Minimum 8 years’ work experience within finance (experience within working in Big 4 Audit firms will be a plus)
• Qualified CPA (Certificate Public Accountant)
• Knowledge of SAP as added advantage
• Strong track record in understanding IFRS standards
• Experience to deal with Big 4 Auditors
• Established organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with advance MS Excel practical knowledge
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• Experience with international/cross-site organization and lean manufacturing principle
• Knowledge of the rules of conduct regarding the introduction of external companies / guests / drivers to the plant
• Knowledge of waste segregation rules
• Knowledge of the principles of hazardous waste management
• Knowledge of the rules of conduct for the purchase of chemicals (Safety Data Sheets)
