KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working exclusively with a leading manufacturer based in Seacoast, NH is actively seeking a seasoned Director of Finance. This role entails comprehensive oversight of accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and robust collaboration on financial reporting and budget administration.

• Foster business partnerships through adept financial analysis and modeling.
• Examine pricing structures and overhead expenses.
• Deliver insights for refining reporting mechanisms and streamlining processes.
• Formulate and manage overhead budgets and present budgetary comparisons to executive leadership.
• Design and maintain KPI Dashboards.
• Direct the FP&A team on 2-year and 5-year projections, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Collaborate on CAPEX initiatives and manage operating budgets with Plant Controllers.

• Solid management background.5+ years in a role as Plant or Divisional Controller or Director/VP of Finance in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP or comparable high-scale ERP accounting systems.
• Experience with Hyperion is an advantage.
• Robust business partnering skills, especially in a shared services context.
