• Management of the Accounting & Shared Competence Center of the Crealogix Group (all holding companies and subsidiaries of the Crealogix Group in DE, CH, UK, SG & ES) and technical and disciplinary management of a team of accountants and financial specialists
• Ensuring smooth, timely and efficient execution of financial accounting, including Transaction Accounting with Billing and Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, accounting standards and internal guidelines (HGB, OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER) as well as an effective ICS
• Clarifying accounting and financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements) and ensuring high-quality input data for timely financial group reporting (including monthly reports, balance sheet and cash flow planning)
• Active participation in projects to improve corporate finances and optimize financial processes
• Implementation of a new ERP (MS Dynamics)
• Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of accounting processes
• Contact person for external partners such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders
• Management of usual local taxes as well as group taxes (deferred taxes, transfer pricing)

• Completed studies in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a management position in financial accounting, experience in managing a shared service center or a similar organizational unit would be an advantage
• Balance sheet security and sound knowledge in the areas of accounting, taxes and financial reporting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and set priorities
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (Navision, MS Dynamics 365) and MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in German and English, Spanish an advantage
