• Oversee the Financial Reporting activities of the company.
• Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
• Business Finance: Business partner to CEOs and Business heads to help drive business strategy and operations with effective and accurate forecasting and analysis.
• Manage the Compliance, Treasury and Tax matters.
• Team management, leadership and coaching.
• Any other ad hoc related matters.

The ideal Head of Finance role will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must posses the below requirements;

• Matured and at least minimum of 10 years relevant experience, preferably in a shared services environment and in a global company.
• Preferably with the insurance industry experience or with the financial institution.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Deep knowledge of Malaysian tax and other regulations.
• Operationally efficient and sound in finance and accounting.
