The main focus of the Head of Finance is to ensure an effective and highly motivated team. You will work closely together with your team and create a high team spirit.

• Lead, motivate, and develop finance team with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end, quarterly, and yearly financial closings
• Support your team in resolving accounting-related issues and improving workflow efficiency
• Drive process optimization and improvements in reporting accuracy
• Provide hands-on support when necessary, guiding the team through challenges and creating a culture of continuous improvement

• A strong background in process optimization
• A solid understanding of IFRS and experience with ERP systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus).
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Fluency in both Danish and English, spoken and written.
