• Perform financial, accounting, and tax functions in the special project to provide holistic financial & strategical inputs for management’s decision making process .
• Works collaboratively as business partner with other divisions or departments and other stakeholders to gather data, perform analysis, and identify risks, opportunities, and alternatives.
• Coordinate and review yearly financial budget Business Unit and timely submit to group head office
• Manage and provide solution for technical accounting issues to ensure accurate bookkeeping in-line with the Group head office and Regulation.
• Manage and provide shared service in term of Treasury activity and Tax compliance to Business Unit.
• Analyze monthly financial number and identify abnormal financial number and communicate to operation team.
• Together with operation team improve the inefficiency are that has been identified.
• Ensure all external and internal reporting are on time as agreed timetable .
• Coaching and develop subordinates. To ensure they have a capabilities to do operational work.

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required.
• more than 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including experience in finance operations, financial management, or similar positions.
• Experience as an external auditor (Minimum 3 years) is preferred
• In-depth understanding of financial and accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including setting goals, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making to improve financial operations and processes.
• Willing to relocate to Central Lampung
