For our client, an international consulting company, we are now looking for a Head of Finance & Operations Germany (M/F/D) exclusively in Frankfurt am Main.

• Taking over financial planning and controlling, including financial reporting and budget planning
• Planning and monitoring cash flows
• Accounting according to HGB and US GAAP, coordination and execution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Responsibility for all operational processes such as HR, payroll, dunning, etc.
• Close cooperation with the Germany CEO on strategic issues
• Taking on special projects, for example in the area of ​​process optimization or software conversion
• Management of the on-site team and the management of the shared service centers

• Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration or a similar field of study
• Several years of professional experience in a leading position in finance and operations management
• Ideally experience in the service industry
• Strong leadership skills in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical and quantitative skillset, as well as communication skills and competence in stakeholder management
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
