This position would be leading multiple Finance and accounting teams across Supplier Accounting (P2P), Accounts Receivable (O2C), General Accounting (R2R) and Controlling (FPNA) not only in ensuring smooth transition & service delivery but also in driving transformation thru standardization and digitization.
- Drive culture and mind set change within teams
- Part of leadership team in driving Organization strategy & Transformation
- Lead finance target picture roadmap realization and managing transition & projects, adhering to project milestones & timelines
- Monitor, track and control project outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
- Delivering value to countries through business case realization & improving customer experience (NPS)
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Develop and deliver proposals for new process transitions and presentations to various audiences, including GBS Leadership team, sponsors, CFOs and key stakeholders
- Executive presence, Story-telling, Leadership skills, C-Level communication, transformation, Conflict management, Stakeholder management & visits, Change management, Project management, Team management, AGILE ways of working
- Must have Experience in people leadership with leading multiple teams – P2P, O2C, R2R & FPA processes (current team size – 500+ FTEs)
- Experience in driving F&A process transformation including but not limited to process improvements, standardization, best practices and bench marking
- Set-up, review & baseline business & operational KPI’s
- Has P&L responsibility & Cost leadership
- Out of the above 5+ years of experience in driving organization change management and process transformation including digital
- Experience in coaching and mentoring leadership teams – Build team capabilities, individual developments & create career path
- Experience in planning and steering programs with large strategic impact
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate / resolve issues appropriately
Qualification:
- 18 years+ of experience in F&A End-to-End Process – Transformation, Transition, Service delivery with P&L responsibility
- Qualified Accountant (CA) or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance (reputed institute)
- Six Sigma & IFRS Certification is a plus
- Exposure to IT industry / running IT projects (Automation / ERP implementation) is a plus
- Experience in Green field projects and setting up GSCs; Shared services setup is must
