Our client are a well known organisation situated in the EU HQ in Slough. They are an industry leader within their field and provide a range of different products and services to a wide range of industries. Due to an internal promotion to CFO level, they are looking for an experience people manager to join their team on a permanent basis as the Head of Finance (Shared Service Centre)
You will manage the operations for the day to day shared service including the accounts payable, receivable, payroll & GL accounting. You will lead and support the team to establish and monitor their KPI’s and will focus on continuous improvement to ensure the teams focus on improving the quality and output of their work alongside ensuring the global organisation hit their deadlines.
The successful Head of Finance (shared Service Centre) will have experience working within or have set up a shared service centre, this could be UK or internationally set up. The successful candidate will have strong management experience ideally with management of a qualified team. It would be advantageous if the successful candidate to be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) however, QBE will be accepted with the correct experience.
