Reporting to the CFO of OT Group, with 3 direct reports and an overall team size of c 25, you will be a very competent leader, with several years leading large and diverse teams.

• You will be equally comfortable coaching others to better their performance, as well as holding others to a high standard of performance and results.
• A key member of the Finance leadership team, you will be comfortable contributing to and challenging outside of your own remit.
• Responsible for accurate, timely, and where possible automated billing
• Responsible for all company activities on credit control, collecting a debtors ledger based on c £150m of revenue per annum, liaising with sales directors around account management strategies where a customer is unwilling or unable to pay
• Ensuring all cash in is allocated correctly to the right customer accounts, minimising the time lag between cash in and cash posted to customer account, so that any decisions on credit control with individual customers are based on up-to-date information
• Responsible for the company’s Accounts Payable function, ensuring supplier payments are made on time.
• A key enabler of finance transformation, you will be comfortable working with 3rd parties and the IT function to deploy automation solutions such as RPA to improve the effectiveness of the function.

Very strong leadership skills. Warehousing and logistics background ideal. Clear understanding of the working capital lifecycle. D365 experience ideal but not essential.
